Dana Durden (Pullam) Garner

Dana Durden Garner passed away peacefully on June 18, 2024, in Panama City, Florida at age 60. Dana was born on March 3, 1964, in Quincy, FL. to Richard and Genell Durden. She resided in Liberty County, FL. where she was a lifelong resident. Dana’s heart was filled with love for playing Bingo, cooking, NASCAR Sundays, and spending time with her family, often while enjoying good southern fish fries. Dana devoted her life to creating a warm home and cherished nothing more than the company of her loved ones. 
Dana is survived by James Hammock (partner) of Hosford, FL.; her brother, Matt Durden (Patrice) of Bristol, FL.; her sister Valerie Downum of Blountstown, FL.; sons Logan Durden (Danae) of Hosford, FL.; and Randy Durden of Denver, CO.; her Grandchildren Alyssa Carter (James), Alyia Durden, Alyza Durden, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Dana was preceded in death by Richard and Genell Durden, parents, and Renee Durden, sister. 
A Memorial Service will be held for Dana at 4:00 EST, Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the Fusion Church in Bristol, FL. Officiated by Pastor(s) Ken Hosford and Darrell Johnson. Sympathy plants and or flowers may be sent to the Fusion Church in Bristol, FL.  

A limb has fallen from the family tree.
I keep hearing a voice that says, “Grieve not for me.”
Remember the best times, the laughter, the song.
The good life I lived while I was strong.
Continue my heritage, I’m counting on you.
Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through.
My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest. 
Remembering all, how I was truly blessed. 
Continue tradition, no matter how small. 
I miss you dearly, go on with your life, don’t worry about falls. 
So keep up your chin, until the day comes we’re together again.
